My Little Man

Spring is sort of here in Southeast Idaho and we took advantage of the cool but sunshiny day. This is the other man in my life, he's 2.5  yrs old, and I love him dearly. As you can tell by these pictures he's a fantastic model, and we shot for no more than 25 minutes. I'm not trying to be biased, but I think I did pretty well. Okay, okay, maybe I'm just a little bias (Okay, a lot!).

This is my favorite shot by far!

I'm not sure why he decided to do this particular little pout, but I thought it was cute and just fun in to capture a toddler.

This is one of my favorite faces that he makes, it's a combination of when he's heard something and just figured something out. Or sometimes the mischievous look of, "It wasn't me!"

Like I said, a fantastic little model without even trying. He's been trained very well ;). I would ask him to do one thing and as he was attempting to do it or he would do it and I would just grab the shot. It's not always easy though because he's definitely a mover and sometimes I couldn't always get him in focus when I saw something I liked.

This is my second favorite shot of him.

Before we went into town to take pictures, I made a deal with him and said "We'll go to the park and have a picnic and play on the toys, but first we're going to take pictures." He got all excited so we packed a lunch, shot pictures in urbanized settings and then went to the park where we just had fun with pictures. And then the wind started to blow from the North, so you guessed it, it got really cold. We ate our lunch in the car, and played on the toys for about 20 min then went home. I have such a wonderful little boy!

He does have teeth I swear, he just doesn't always show them when we're taking pictures.
