Rexburg Wedding Photographer: A & M

It was a very cold and windy day on November 19, 2011 on the day that this new family was created. Despite the cold, this lovely couple was glowing. I loved how laid back they were and almost...nonchalant.

To keep them from freezing we had to stay out of the wind in the shadow of the temple. That also meant out of the sun, where it was a touch warmer. It was either, out of the wind and no sunshine, or in the wind with sunshine. It went alright especially with a cape and warm coat.

Don't they look so happy?

I'm so excited to share this because it has taken me forever. I have had studio lights for a few years, but haven't been able to acquire light stands. Well, for Christmas, my dear sweet husband bought me the light stands I need to be able to set up and make gorgeous lighting for receptions and other portraits. He also purchased some backdrops and stands so that I can to a little bit here at home, I'm so stoked! It opens some new venues and with it being so cold here in good ol' Idaho, I can keep people indoors.

Anyhow back to their wedding :).  She is a gorgeous bride.

The brothers/groomsmen were absolute goofs and it was very easy to keep the entire bridal party happy with them around.

I love the bride's family, because I know them.

And I know a little bit of the groom's family because ironically enough, these are my brother-in-law's cousins. I found out the night before the wedding. It was rather hilarious.

Like I said, hard not to stay happy with the groom's family around.

It's a sister thing. :)

Loved this cake, it was so simple and yet the flowers made it gorgeous!

I thought this was the coolest chandelier ever! This balloon chandelier was probably at least 6 ft tall and the same across.

They had a Beatles themed reception, and it was beautiful! It completely transformed the room.

Congratulations and best of luck to you two!
